De woningen zijn ca. 49 tot 72 m2 groot en er is tevens een binnentuin. Om de juiste doelgroep (middeninkomen) te bedienen is er heel strikt naar het inkomen gekeken. Prijzen begonnen vanaf 960,- Euro.
