De torens zijn gerealiseerd op slechts een stuk grond van ongeveer 60 x 120 meter.

Het project kent vrije sector huur, echter ook sociale huur. De 396 middenhuur appartementen (genaamd Urban Roofs) zijn 48 tot 69 m² en starten vanaf €850,- per maand. De torens krijgen tevens 244 parkeerplaatsen.

Met haar moderne uitstraling is The Roofs een waardige toevoeging aan de Haagse skyline. De eerste toren is opgeleverd, de tweede en hoogste toren wordt in de zomer van 2022 opgeleverd. Op de eerste 265 appartementen kwamen 3000 aanmeldingen binnen.

The Roofs is een gezamenlijk project van CBRE Investment Management en a.s.r. Real Estate middels het ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund en het CBRE Dutch Residential Fund.
