De oplevering staat gepland rond einde zomer 2022. Bouwinvest is de afnemer van de 59 huurappartementen, die variëren van 50 tot 106 m2. Huurprijzen starten vanaf € 795,- (units van 50-60m2) en loopt op tot € 1.335,- (een enkele van 106m2). Op het binnenterrein komen 40 parkeerplaatsen en enkele deelauto’s voor de bewoners. Ernaast wordt een heemtuin gecreëerd.

Het project verrijst in Westergouwe, een woonwijk in wording aan de westkant van Gouda. Door de mix van koop en huur, jong en oud, huizen en appartementen ontstaat er een levendige, gevarieerde wijk. De doelgroep van Westergoud is specifiek 55+. Voor hen wordt tevens een community opgezet. Op de begane grond komt daarom een gemeenschappelijke living voor de bewoners.
